I don’t know how many copies of the same book a person would need.
If I gave a copy of ‘The Canterbury Tales’ to every person I know, I think we would still have enough copies to donate to every library in Virginia.
I am getting to know my g-mom much better, by going through her things, but there are still mysteries being found every week.
I havea theory about why there are so many copies of “how to play bridge” and “How to play bridge, updated version” (I’d estimate there are over 30 copies). I think she wanted to hoard all the copies so people she was playing bridge against couldn’t have the upper hand.
I have no idea why there are so many copies of Canterbury Tales — do you have any ideas?
