I am always proud of my dear hubby. But today I am beaming with pride!
Today, the Monticello Ale was announced with nation-wide press releases.
Eh – press releases don’t mean nuthin. I can send a press release that I made a snowman today, doesn’t mean it will be picked up. Oh, but wait… this did get picked up.

Carry a Big Stick

Don’t you hate it when people speak so softly that you have to act like your 93-year-old grandma by saying “huh?” over and over again? Me too! My nephew “middle child” is 10 and is very smart… but speaks VERY SOFTLY. So softly, in fact, I started calling him Roosevelt because of the “speak softly and carry a big stick” quote he is known for. Not so much because of his recent visit, but I have seen he, his brother and sister go at it… Middle Child certainly carries a big stick when he needs to.
