I think everyone has that family member. The one who probably means well, but hasn’t a clue how to behave in polite society.
Private-i (who introduced me to awkwardfamilyphotos.com), sent me this tidbit.
The author swears it is real and I believe her. I believe her because I have a family member who was known to send back wedding invitations with not only a decline, but a bitter letter crucifying the invitation and giving further explanation about how a proper wedding invitation should be done (in her mind). I don’t know you, family in the letter in question, but i feel for you.

Wow…that’s unbelievable. I guess it’s not that unbelievable but I do find it difficult to believe there are people who are so socially retarded. There are so many frustrating things my mom does in public that I just don’t know what to share. My mom will yell and bark orders at people with a sour face and constantly tell people how they are doing things wrong. All of this at church for a church reception to her church members when she is an elder in the church!!! I even heard her tell someone if they were going to buy the dish they were responsible for bringing instead of making it, that they shouldn’t have bothered! Ahh….tales from the dark House of Lee. Lol.
