It is public knowledge that if I were left up to my own devices, I would eat nearly 100% pre-made food. This is because (aside from my love of baking) I really hate to cook day-t0-day. I love the holiday feast cooking… but your average daily cooking, I cannot stand!

Today, with my mom in town… I have two people who both really want to cook. I don’t have to cook AND… I have two people who are both good cooks and want to cook in my house. At one time! It is GREAT!!
